Yes, our home is for sale. Juneau is a great community to live in and we've loved it! Our house is a neat one and we welcome an opportunity to talk with you about its features. We'll even show it to you if you are a buyer who is pre-approved to purchase!
By the way, the other side of the home is for sale, too, by the same folks. It's 780 sf. bigger (and has Pottery Barn-style trim) because of its large dining room, bonus room, larger living room with a bay window and a pellet stove, but it does not have a garage. (The owners use the boiler room for extra storage). The listing price is $264,900, photo coming shortly.
